Walking distance

Around the corner from our B&B flows the beautiful Amstel and you will find nice restaurants with lovely terraces.
In the harbor of Uithoorn it is full of pleasure yachts in the summer and there is also the possibility to rent a boat yourself and sail down the Amstel.

Within cycling distance

Our B & B is ideal as a starting point for beautiful bike rides through 'het groene hart', Westeinderplassen, along the Amstel river and  'de Ronde Hoep'. Villages as Aalsmeer, Amstelveen and Mijdrecht are a 15 minutes ride.
Enough to see and experience along the way, there is one nice flower picking garden in Nes aan de Amstel, at Ouderkerk aan de Amstel you can enjoy culinary delights on the water, a real dutch 'poldersport' in the Kwakel, and of course the beautiful Amsterdam forest.

By car / public transport

In front of the door of our B&B you can easily get on public transport to Amsterdam. Wonderful to be able to explore the big city from the tranquility of the village. But also for concerts in the Ziggodome, events in the Amsterdam Arena, festivals in Amsterdam, it can be useful to stay overnight with us.
From Uithoorn it is about a half hour drive to the beach and you can also be in the Keukenhof, Haarlem and Utrecht in no time.
